What we collect

Account details: your email address, display name and password (stored securely, never visible to us) when you create an account.
Listings: the property details, photos and contact information you submit.
Contact messages: your name, email, optional phone number and the message you send through our contact form.
Usage and advertising data: pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location, and how you arrived (for example from a Google ad). This is collected through cookies only where permitted (see below).

To run the site: create and secure your account, publish and moderate listings, and answer your messages.
To measure visits and improve the site (Google Analytics).
To measure how well our advertising works, such as whether an ad led to an inquiry (Google Ads).

Google (Google Analytics and Google Ads) receives usage and advertising data when tracking is allowed.
Our hosting provider stores account, listing and message data on our behalf.
We do not sell your personal information. Listing details you publish are visible to the public.

Visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland see a cookie banner. Analytics and advertising cookies run only if you click Accept. If you click Reject, nothing is sent to Google.
Everywhere else, analytics and advertising cookies run by default. You can turn them off at any time using Cookie settings below or in the site footer, or with Google's opt-out tools (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout and adssettings.google.com).
Your choice is stored in your browser together with the date and the version of the notice you saw. Withdrawing consent stops tracking immediately.

We keep account and listing data while your account is active. You can ask us to delete your account and data at any time through our contact page.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data and to object to its use. Contact us to make a request.
